Note
dotNet 3.5 must be installed prior to toolkit installation.
The customer who produces a license must have all 3 binaries installed on the same directory.
The customer's end-user who is executing a licesned application, must have
LicenserAPI.DLL
as well as
LicenserIdentification.EXE
installed in the application directory. The
LicenserProduction.EXE
tool
must
NOT
be installed.

Quite a nice example to build upon and as such this can be used. Somethings could be better like be able to generate a time bound demo license first time the application is run and be able to remove the need for password while generating licenses.
